GMP Scheduler

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Scheduler shall demonstrate proven expertise in developing and managing integrated schedules, (OPC/P6/MSP) that incorporate construction, system turnover, commissioning, and validation milestones, and shall support Facilities Capital Projects as a dedicated scheduling subject matter expert
Provide end‑to‑end schedule ownership, including pull planning facilitation, critical path management, impact analysis, and proactive mitigation of schedule risks.
Establish and maintain clear, concise, and effective stakeholder communication.
Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risk.
This position will routinely interface with cross-functional departments, internal project management teams and owner representative consultants, and ensure that clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
The project scheduler should be prepared to prioritize their work based on critical elements, new and changing information, and work alongside the project team to achieve cost and schedule targets.
The project scheduler will consistently interface with the Company’s Project Management Information System (PMIS) software, Oracle Primavera Cloud, P6 EPPM, MS Project and eBuilder to ensure alignment and accuracy of data.
This position will regularly report progress updates each week and will function as a focal point of contact for project manners to provide project information in a typical reporting format, such as slide decks and dashboards.
In addition, the project scheduler will perform “what-if” schedule analysis, Monte Carlo Risk modeling to assist Project Managers with potential project schedule scenarios.
This position requires thorough collaboration and investigative skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously at times, to successfully execute and deliver on all phase deliverables that are required throughout the project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Mastery of Primavera P6. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Project.
Expert in pull planning and startup & commissioning system sequencing.
5–10 years of experience supporting cGMP life‑science laboratory and manufacturing facility projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and qualification/validation (CQV) phases
Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera Risk, E-builder. Greenfield/Ground-up cGMP Lab Construction.
The hiring range for this position is $80 to $110 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
