HVAC Controls Specialist

Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot HVAC control systems, ensuring that they operate according to specifications and meet client requirements
Perform diagnostics and calibration on control systems, including sensors, actuators, and communication networks
Ensure all elements of the HVAC control system, including graphics, are fully functional and properly linked to physical devices or virtual points
Provide detailed reports on the condition of the controls, results of preventative maintenance (PM) tests, and required repairs
Collaborate with building owners, engineers, and contractors to verify system functionality based on the original sequence of operation or as required by the owner

Qualifications:
10+ years HVAC controls system programming and troubleshooting experience
Experience with Metasys and Distech controls

The hiring range for this position is $70 to $90 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
