7068 IT Divestment Workstream Organizational Change Management Lead
What will you be doing in this Role?
As the IT Divestment Workstream Organizational Change Management Lead, you will support both the Global and Local teams by building, developing, and supporting a high performing Change Management network across impacted stakeholder groups. The role will be delivery and strategic focused and will support the Vacaville IT Divestment through transition. The role will work closely with the Global and Local IT Divestment Leadership Teams including but not limited to, the following workstreams: IT infrastructure, ERP/ASPIRE, IT Quality, CSV QA, Data, Software Applications, OT Automation, and Procurement/Contracting.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with and partner with senior business and IT leaders and executives, IT Managers and Program/Project Managers, to determine an effective change management strategy for each IT workstream.
Collaborate with the Project Dolphin OCM team to ensure alignment on program goals, objectives, and approach to OCM, Communications, and Training.
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan considering various stakeholders and communication channels
Engage with different IT and cross-functional teams to gather their specific needs and requirements related to organizational change management
Conduct organizational change impact assessments (OCIA) to understand how the divestment will affect various stakeholder groups and define an appropriate OCM and communications strategy and training plan
Drive business value and outcomes through execution of change management activities throughout the project through divestiture.
Deliverables include: Change Strategy and Planning, Change Impact Assessment and Change Action Execution, Change Measurement, Stakeholder Management, Communications Management, Change Network Management, Learning Needs, Strategy and Planning, Learning Design, Build, and Execution.
Create an environment where team members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels, and to grow and develop in their roles as change agents. As needed, onboard, advise, coach, manage, and mentor change agents to build the capability.
Develop, implement and manage user feedback to monitor progress and make improvements for effective change management.

The hiring range for this position is $130 to $140 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
