Our identity verification methods build confidence that guests and hosts are who they say they are. The Identity team is dedicated to providing a seamless and secure identity verification experience for everyone in our community, from solo travelers to professional hosts.
Responsibilities:
As a Platform Product Manager on the Identity team, you will build products that enable guests and hosts to verify their identities seamlessly and to represent themselves accurately to the rest of the community.
You’ll balance business goals, regulatory requirements, and regional nuances to deliver solutions for our global community.
Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization to drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations Leads and Policy Experts.
Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Payments Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team.
Skills:
Qualifications:
8+ years product management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in design, and hypothesis-driven product development.
Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior product, operations, or engineering experience in KYC, Payments Compliance, or Trust & Safety.
3+ years of partnering with Legal and Compliance/Regulatory teams on high-visibility initiatives.
Experience leading teams through ambiguity, and high stakes trade off decisions.
The hiring range for this position is $76 to $86 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
