About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager or Sr. Manager of Operations to join the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence across two key teams: Access & Account Marketing (AAM), and Population Health (PH).
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the CMO Team you will:
Lead planning and operational efficiency for the AAM and PH Teams.
Act as a liaison between the CMO, AAM and PH.
Identify necessary processes, communications, meetings, and resources to help both teams achieve objectives effectively and efficiently.
Partner with and manage external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
When supporting the AAM Team 50% you will:
Serve as an operational subject matter expert (SME) to the Sr. Marketing Director and Sr. Marketing Director driving operational excellence across the following pillars:
Activation: Providing operational pull-through for the Organized Customer Access Network (OCAN) network and bridging the operational connection to Activation.
Strategic Communications: Orchestrating the connection and pull-through of CE Communication Strategy across AAM.
Strategic Oversight: Driving AAM strategy, priorities, and the scaling of Customer Engagement (CE) best practices such as liaising with CE operations (eg, coordination of marketing resource rollout, execution, aligned comms with CE).
Business Operations: Managing budget oversight and partnering to deliver comprehensive performance metrics and measurement dashboards.
Partner with a Senior Administrative Business Partner for tactical and strategic execution of business operations.
When supporting the PH Team 50% you will help lead the following:
Serve as an operational subject matter expert (SME) to the Sr. Director.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and measurable results for population health efforts.
Technical Reporting: Run and compile usage reports for creative materials and marketing assets to track engagement.
Veeva & Asset Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative materials; ensure PopHealth approved assets are correctly housed in GOLF and accessible for use.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, vendor management, operations, or project management.
Proven project management or operations experience.

The hiring range for this position is $45 to $53.99 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
