Scheduler
Job Description:
Scheduler will provide as-needed scheduling services including the following:
Development of standardized procedures for schedule development, updates, & quality control.
Assistance with implementation or training related to standardized procedures.
Continued development and maintenance of a master integrated schedule of capital improvement projects, using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Development and maintenance of up to 240 detailed project schedules in the Capital Projects
Provide schedule updates for the Monthly and Quarterly project reporting.
Provide training on schedule standards and processes.
Coordinate schedules look ahead by program/portfolio.
Support Project managers for Project monthly reports and progress reports (EVM).
Support Project managers to track project changes and re-baseline project schedule as needed.
Deliverables:
Exhibits for Training Material.
Monthly project schedule updates.
3-month look-ahead (with one month looking back).
Quarterly master program schedule updates.
Monthly reports.
Earned Value report.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills working with others.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel. etc.) Knowledge of working with Cost center team and financial department.
The hiring range for this position is $55.00 to $75.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
