Service Desk Support Staff

Job Description:
This position will assist with Service Desk related support such as setting up new cell phones, migrating phones off older models, etc.
Also, this person will work to resolve Tier-1 incidents and will escalate incidents to other Analysts as needed.
They will document service requests and coordinate computer/mobile device builds.
This temporary staffing request will also be used to fulfill the overflow of incidents and service requests expected in support of migrating to the new headquarters.

Special Skills Required:
Microsoft Windows
Office 365
Computer hardware components
Software installation and troubleshooting
Mobile device support.

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE NOTE: Our client has mandated COVID-19 vaccination and pre-employment screening for Tuberculosis for their workforce, all external personnel providing services to our client are required to comply with this requirement.

Compensation Range: $30.00hr to $40.00hr
