5554 Strategic Asset Management
Key Responsibilities:
In conjunction with the Asset Class HL and epic leads, facilitate stakeholder engagement processes for base business strategy determination, working closely with various business units to identify strategic opportunities and alignment.
Collaborate extensively with asset class epic leaders and the asset class hub leader to ensure cohesive strategy development and communication.
Develop and coordinate communication materials tailored to different leadership levels and business unit practitioners.
Leverage digital platforms to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and strategy tracking.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive strategic planning and consensus.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex strategic insights for leadership review.
Manage communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent information dissemination across organizational levels.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, or business engagement roles.
Proven experience working with digital platforms.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple organizational levels.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration platforms.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
Data visualization and reporting tools.
Strategic planning software.

The hiring range for this position is $150 to $160 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
