Human Resources Assistant II-Training
The company currently has a temporary opening for a Human Resources Assistant II for the Training Dept in our Human Resources Group in our HQ downtown Los Angeles.
The Human Resources Assistant II will be providing administrative support to the Training team and managing the Employee Recognition program (points site, pins distribution, service award luncheons, etc.) including assisting with MyLearning administration (entering rosters, running reports, etc.), designing surveys, assisting with LinkedIn Learning promotion, managing the Job Spotlight program, supporting in person and virtual trainings.
Someone with training experience in corporate business could be a strong candidate for this role!
Desires Experience Below:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable
KNOWLEDGE OF:
MS Office Suite (Excel & PPT Expert).
Canva Knowledge.
Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
Detail oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
Local Candidates (SoCal).
Required Knowledge in specified disciplines of:
Conduct basic research studies and prepare supporting reports and documents.
Learn methods and techniques used to analyze business processes.
Learn principles of budget preparation.
Learn methods and techniques used in coordinating training programs; prepare a variety of administrative and financial reports.
Perform a variety of administrative support duties within an assigned area.
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; operate office equipment, including computers and supporting word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels within the organization, other agencies, regulatory agencies, special interest groups and the public.
The hiring range for this position is $37 to $42 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
