Human Resources Assistant II
The Human Resources Assistant II will be providing administrative support to the Recruitment team by completing the required paperwork to bring on staff, scheduling meetings/interviews and testing, and corresponding with a variety of candidates, hiring managers, and agencies as needed.
Desires Experience Below:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable.
Knowledge Of:
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
Detail oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
Local Candidates (So Cal).
Required Knowledge in specified disciplines of:
Conduct basic research studies and prepare supporting reports and documents.
Learn methods and techniques used to analyze business processes.
Learn principles of budget preparation.
Learn methods and techniques used in coordinating training programs; prepare a variety of administrative and financial reports.
Perform a variety of administrative support duties within an assigned area.
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; operate office equipment including computers and supporting word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels within the organization, other agencies, regulatory agencies, special interest groups and the public.
The hiring range for this position is $37 to $42 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
