Duties Involved:
Data entry of analytical data in a database management system.
Data is received through self-monitoring forms through fax and mail and is entered into the database.
Generation and preparation of notifications to be mailed to permittees.
This includes the generation of standardized correspondence from a database management system and the formatting and finalizing of correspondence written by staff.
Interfacing with the public on data submittals and following up on deficiencies. Facilities in the Company service area submit permit applications, wastewater monitoring data, and other forms as required.
Permit application processing. Mailing of permit renewal application packages to permittees. Permit applications are received, checked, and uploaded to the database management system. Issued permits are scanned and uploaded to the database, then mailed.
General office filing and administrative duties.
Computer Software Requirements:
Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe, iPACS (database management system).
Special Skills Required:
Clerical, specialized technical, administrative, or programmatic support work experience involving public contact.
The hiring range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
