Supply Readiness Program Operations is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Supply Readiness Program Operations Lead to ensure our published, new experience category supply is optimized for success.
This individual will be responsible for driving host readiness by improving merchandising, pricing strategies, and availability—with a special focus on maximizing bookings for the summer season. This role requires a creative problem solver with strong operational rigor, analytical skills, and strategic communication abilities to help hosts unlock their full revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Optimization – Help hosts take pro-level photos, improve listing descriptions, and enhance their overall presentation to attract more guests.
Pricing & Availability Strategy – Drive adoption of competitive pricing strategies and expanded availability to increase summer bookings.
Proactive Host Engagement – Develop and execute strategies such as push notifications, the company’s inbox messages, and targeted outreach to educate and activate hosts.
Photo Shoot Scheduling – Design and implement proactive outreach programs to get hosts high-quality photos that improve listing performance.
Opportunity Business Cases – Build compelling, data-driven business cases for hosts, showing them the revenue potential they’re leaving on the table due to limited availability.
Success Strategy for Continued Bookings – Design a structured approach to help hosts maintain strong booking momentum beyond the peak season.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and creative problem-solving—and is passionate about helping hosts maximize their potential.
The hiring range for this position is $93 to $103 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
