5884 Events Supply Lead
Duties:
Oversee a centralized Events supply strategy that drives business growth and will consist in shaping supply the levers and approaches that should be developed at the global and country level to grow our communities.
An expert in business analytics and revenue operations, responsible for creating the strategy and go to market plan for existing and new supply levers.
Launch pilots, develop efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity and growth.
Drive, influence, and align all relevant key stakeholders to achieve the objectives set up for the Events Supply Program.
Be the main point of contact for the supply organization with the Events team in order to get feedback and provide insights to drive overarching Events strategy.
Track and analyze key business metrics to measure the effectiveness of Event Supply programs. Regularly analyze data to refine strategies, improve content, and enhance the overall impact of the program that will support the decisions taken to achieve the goals.
Establish and launch studies on seasonality and event incrementally.
Influence and guide the development of the events strategy across the company at large, focused on driving growth metrics.
Includes identifying business trends and opportunities that can be enhanced through the events work.
Education:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
The hiring range for this position is $121 to $131 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
