The company is seeking a dynamic Project Manager on a contract basis, to become an integral member of the Experience Scaled Ops team, positioned within the Scaled Ops Department.
This specialized team encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including design, photography, and video, dedicated to maintaining and promoting the visual identity of the brand. The team’s primary objective is to forge meaningful connections between the company’s brand and its rapidly expanding community.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Media Operations Manager and Lead Producer to set-up, manage, and scale operational programs across a variety of work streams for copy production, vetting, and polishing.

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project scope and schedules for copy assets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless management and execution of projects.
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting performance and quality standards, and assessing risks.
Structure and manage integrated, multitrack project trackers for copy generation and polishing.
Drive and track project health, delegate tasks, and monitor workflow leveraging Salesforce and Airtable.
Manage internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide effective solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve localization processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Skills:
7+ years of experience with operational program and/or project.
7+ management.
3+ years working on programs on a scale (hundreds of thousands to millions 3+ of users) for a technology company.
Proven track record managing agency and vendor relationships and a high-volume of deliverables. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Highly agile mindset; ability to stay organized and excel in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience with data labeling and/or content review.
Salesforce and Airtable experience required.
Positive, team-oriented mindset.
The hiring range for this position is $52-$62 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
