1475 Senior Enablement Manager
Duties:
Own all setup of tools like Gong, Mixmax, etc.
Own Salesforce integration work and partner closely with Yael’s team on day-to-day management.
Ensure we’re implementing all learnings and best practices into the dozens of workflows, call scripts, etc. that agents use.
Manage data, insights and reporting from Gong, Mixmax, etc.
Drive the systems and tools execution and operationalization supporting central programs and strategies.
Own clear communication on the program progress and roadmap.
Partner with our Revenue Operations team and Market Managers to define the key sales support systems/processes for programs required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
Support Territory Leads & Market Managers with general day-to-day questions and system bugs and training Partner with our internal teams (CRM, IT) and tools vendors to execute on the vision and the roadmap.
Prioritize team requests and requirements to support our company and field team goals.
Provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues when necessary.
Skills:
Minimum 8 years in sales enablement or operations role combined experience demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish.
Proven track record as a great cross-functional business partner and ability to lead within a cross-functional environment.
Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills.
Able to connect dots and proactively develop proposals and solutions.
Systems-thinker and able to translate strategy to execution across multiple teams.
Experience onboarding new reps and supporting their ongoing learning and development. Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve company goals. Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel and GSuite.
Strong business acumen with an ability to build relationships with and partner with other executives and build relationships across a complex organization.
Strong team player with a track record of cross functional collaboration.
Education:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
The hiring range for this position is $30 to $40 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
