4326 Privacy Manager
Duties:
As a Privacy Manager, your role will be to complete privacy impact assessments, working with stakeholders to document relevant details of features and services being launched at the company.
Responsibilities:
Conduct privacy reviews of content submitted by internal employees and work with privacy leads to mature content and prepare it for formal review cycles.
Interact with privacy incident response team to triage day-to-day tickets submitted by internal partners, escalating as needed.
Manage multiple documents in various stages of review, owning and tracking status while driving them forward.
Partner with privacy leads and stakeholders to complete the documents.
Ensure compliance and operational risks are identified.
Skills:
5 years proven experience working within a technology company in a privacy operations function.
Experience with privacy practices in enterprise companies focused on complying with global privacy laws.
Exceptional collaboration, partnership and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus and deliver results in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface well with technical, operations and business partners.
Success in working with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and technical tools.
Outstanding written and verbal communication ability to a diverse stakeholder audience, including a global product team and technical stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management.
Experience owning end-to-end delivery of a program and communicating results to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Preferred certification(s):
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or equivalent professional certification is not required, but preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $58 to $68 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
