1010 Security Technical Program Manager
Duties:
Initiate programs/projects by leading alignment on program/project scope, planning, aligning teams on vision and business goals, building program/project structure, and securing cross-functional support.
Conduct “Steering Committee” meetings to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
Be the driving force behind business goals and program/project vision.
Drive teams with security/software engineering experiences and proven analytical and technical skills.
Conduct workgroup alignment meetings to address strategic/ tactical issues, dependencies, metrics review, milestones, and more.
Provide ongoing visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties).
Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program goals.
Foster a collaborative environment for creativity, innovation, and learning.
Build automated program/project dashboards using Looker/Tableau connecting with Google sheets and/or Asana and Airtable.
Skills:
Seasoned Security/Technical Program Management professional with experience in managing company-wide security/technology programs/compliance projects, who is used to working through trade-offs, balancing competing priorities, and adapting to changes.
A critical thinker who can develop bespoke program/project plans that are custom to the specific program needs.
A problem solver who possesses a deep understanding of technology and its application to business challenges, and converts program/project goals into actionable plans to deliver the business objectives.
Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.
A Master Collaborator who excels at building positive relationships across teams and functions, encouraging a collaborative environment where different perspectives are valued to create shared alignments.
Strong experience using data to make informed decisions, measure progress, and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
An Outstanding Communicator who can communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal, tailoring your communication style to different audiences and stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
Strong experience using Tableau, Looker or similar tools to build automated dashboards, expert in using Google sheets, Asana and Airtable for Roadmapping.
Education:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
The hiring range for this position is $90 to $103 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
