About the Role:
The Company is scaling its Supply Acquisition program, and vendors play a crucial role in executing and optimizing recruitment efforts.
We are currently partnered with 2 key agencies, with an estimated 200+ team workforce supporting lead generation and conversion around the world.
We are looking for a Vendor Management Lead to oversee our third-party vendor partners responsible for sourcing and engaging service hosts.
This individual will manage day-to-day vendor operations, ensure high-quality lead generation, and drive continuous performance improvements.
This is a high-impact role, working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Program Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline vendor workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution of our multi-channel engagement strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor partners engaged in service host acquisition.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
Develop and implement a vendor performance management framework, setting KPIs for lead quality, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
Ensure contractual compliance and oversee payments, budget, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation management.
Operational Execution & Performance Tracking:
Monitor vendor performance daily, tracking lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Design quality assurance (QA) processes, ensuring vendors deliver high-quality, high-intent leads.
Implement feedback loops from Program Ops insights via call shadowing, agent coaching, and workflow audits to enhance vendor effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to measure impact of optimizations (e.g. change in call scripts, coaching, agent incentives)
Process Optimization & Automation:
Develop scalable systems for vendor reporting, data sharing, and performance tracking.
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve lead engagement and optimize recruitment workflows.
Continuously refine incentive structures, aligning vendor compensation with lead quality and conversion targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Program Ops & Growth Marketing to align vendor outreach with multi-channel engagement efforts (email, push, SMS, inbox, calls).
Work with Legal & Finance to manage vendor contracts, compliance, and payment structures.
Coordinate with Product & Data Teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor leads into the broader acquisition funnel.
Who You Are:
Strong Vendor Management Expert: You have experience overseeing third-party vendor operations and optimizing outsourced recruitment efforts.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: You can analyze performance metrics and implement scalable improvements to boost lead quality.
Operational & Process-Focused: You excel in designing and refining quality control processes, incentive models, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborative Leader: You thrive in cross-functional teams, ensuring vendors, program ops, and marketing align on execution.
Problem-Solver & Innovator: You continuously seek new ways to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance conversion rates.
The hiring range for this position is $70.00 to $86.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
