Managing risk and earning trust is very complex and required at each moment of the guest and host journey.
This role is responsible for delivering products that improve operational performance across a portfolio of solutions that make the company a safe and reliable platform.
You will be the primary interface between design, product, engineering, data science, and operations.
About You:
You have a proven track record of launching complex products in highly constrained environments through various scopes of the product development lifecycle.
You have phenomenal problem-solving skills.
You are detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage blocking issues.
You build great relationships and can drive alignments across large cross-functional teams.
You enjoy learning how products are built and run, and can distill complex systems and processes into simple written and verbal communications.
You are excellent at connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring cross-functional teams are focused on delivering what matters most.
Skills:
Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery while navigating ambiguous situations.
Collaborate closely with leadership to establish and maintain strategic alignment, communicate project status, and manage expectations.
Develop and execute program plans and schedules (i.e. identify risk, critical path, and drive delivery) to achieve targeted performance metrics that align with executive-level expectations.
Be curious, anticipate and navigate obstacles and skillfully negotiate changes with cross-functional stakeholders at every stage from early concept through to launch.
Assess business and organization risk to make trade-off recommendations.
Close the loop – track and measure your outcomes and adapt and learn quickly from failure.
Independently produces and revises documents and presentations that are ready for executives.
We Are Looking For People Who Have:
10+ years of experience driving complex cross-functional programs.
Strong understanding of project management and maturation fundamentals.
Excellent communication, engagement and senior leadership influence skills.
Expertise with project management tools e.g. confluence, jira, smartsheets, and Asana.
Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative.
Professional Program Management certification preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Sciences preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $90 to $100 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
