Judy Fick
President

As founder of Harvest Technical Services Inc., Judy has nearly 25 years of industry experience in recruiting and business development. Judy has built a solid reputation for her intrinsic ability to listen to both the clients and candidates needs and deliver positive results. An entrepreneur at heart, Fick founded Harvest Technical Services Inc. in 1997 to provide a wide range of contract and direct staffing solutions for national and international firms within the petrochemical, bioscience/pharmaceutical, heavy industrial and infrastructure industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University-Chico.

Renee Bush
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at Harvest since 2003, Renee has been instrumental in contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. She brings expertise in back office support as well as strong technical recruiting skills. Renee manages all aspects of Harvest’s business and is diligent and accurate in her approach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Management and Finance.

Jennifer Newlin
Technical Recruiter/ Safety Coordinator

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and uses her professional skills to provide quality recruiting and sourcing results. She is known for being friendly, professional, and effective at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships. She has an extensive background in recruiting personnel for manufacturing, scientific, engineering and construction support positions.

Bob Smith
Account Manager

Account Manager Bob Smith is tasked with developing and maintaining solid client relations. Prior to joining the Harvest team, Bob held various engineering and management roles with a world-leading energy company for over 30 years. Over this time, he spent 15 years as a hiring manager and 5 years managing a group of up to 15 project managers and a capital portfolio of over $600MM.

Carla Adcock
HR Administrator

As Human Resources Manager, Carla plays a key role in facilitating the client-employee relationship. She is responsible for managing human resources functions including but not limited to on-boarding, employee relations, payroll administration, compliance and employee benefits. Prior to joining the Harvest team, Carla worked in variety of human resources roles in several different corporate environments. Carla holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Human Resources.

Zachary First
Sales Associate/Technical Recruiter

Zach has over 4 years of experience in the medical device, biotech and FDA industry and uses his professional skills and network to provide quality recruiting and sourcing results. He is known for being personable, professional, and effective at maintaining strong relations with candidates. He has an extensive background in recruiting personnel for document control, quality assurance, engineers, research associates and regulatory positions.

Deirdre Gaynor
Sourcing Recruiter and Social Media Associate

Deirdre brings more than twenty years experience recruiting engineers and information technology talent for various high technology software companies, including McAfee, EMC and DataDomain.  Prior to her recruiting career she was a litigation paralegal and enjoyed assisting on civil trials ranging from contract disputes to civil rights litigation. Deirdre wears two hats at Harvest.  She supports our recruiting staff by providing candidate sourcing, and she researches timely and effective articles to share with our clients and social media.
