2699 Technical Platform Manager, AI & People Technology
Duties:
You’ll shape the next generation of the company’s employee experience by building transformative, intelligent solutions grounded in AI/ML.
You’ll translate evolving HR service and employee needs into scalable products, stitch together existing tools and data flows, and launch scrappy, high-impact prototypes.
You’ll be expected to build and validate real prototypes—independently or with light engineering support—that demonstrate how AI can solve for real Employee Experience (EX) pain points.
You must be able to think like an engineer, design like a product strategist, and communicate like a service designer.
You’ll help architect a more seamless internal operating system—one that empowers employees and managers, improves clarity, and brings AI from concept to reality inside our core workflows.
This is a builder role, where you will work closely with partners across EX, BizTech, and the business—gathering requirements from stakeholders, breaking down complex EX problems into simple buildable steps, and crafting solutions that can be tested and refined quickly.
You’ll bring depth in AI and HR technology and the ability to zoom between system architecture, rapid experimentation, and narrative storytelling.
A typical day:
Translating employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities
Independently build and test working prototypes (e.g. agent-based flows, lightweight apps, embedded LLM tools).
Outline requirements for systems integrations between HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc.
Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR/automation opportunities.
Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR vs. build pathways for core functional.
Design quick pilots across decision support, communications, knowledge management, or resource planning.
Define success metrics, track impact, and build product feedback loop.
Turn complex AI solutions into simple narratives that make sense to internal business stakeholders.
Collaborate with BizTech, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure prototypes align with the Company’s privacy, security, and ethics guardrails.
Continuously help evolve our EX AI-strategy as new insights, tech, and organizational needs emerge.
Skills:
8+ years in product management, with hands-on experience building or engineering AI/ML-powered tools or platforms.
Proven ability to scope, build, and deliver rapid prototypes using LLMs, automation systems, or web-based tooling.
Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy (e.g., performance, recruiting, planning, or people analytics).
Track record of translating complex, cross-functional needs into tested and shipped products.
Utilize data to inform decisions ranging from design to measuring impact.
Scrappy and technically fluent, comfortable writing basic scripts, chaining prompts, or standing up low-code tools to test ideas.
Hands-on with tools like LangChain, LLMs, or vector databases—or excited to learn them fast.
Familiar with tech stacks across knowledge management, portfolio planning, HR/People tools.
Experienced in serving internal audiences (e.g., EX, BizTech), not just external clients or end customers.
Collaborative, system-oriented, and skilled at connecting dots across people, processes, and platforms.
Adept in visual storytelling, from Miro/Figma to slideware, and effective stakeholder comms.
Passionate about the company’s mission, shaping the future of work, and the human-AI partnership within it.
The hiring range for this position is $120 to $137 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
