2900 Tech Brand Coordinator
Duties:
The Company’s Tech Brand team provides editorial and managerial oversight on all externally shared content by the Company’s Technical Organization and team members. The program oversees the Company’s technical blog, external facing technical site, and external opportunities for the Technical Organization.
The Tech Brand Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Tech Brand Asana project by triaging incoming requests, scheduling cross functional reviews, monitoring requests and progress of all ongoing reviews, and ensuring they are completed on time. Other duties the role will need to perform include communicating the policies, responsibilities, and expectations to cross functional team members and supporting all tasks related to external content development and live event planning.
Expected Outcomes:
This role will execute program operations with support from the Head of Tech Brand.
These responsibilities include:
General understanding of the program, processes, and policies as well as ability to identify types of potential risks (with training and guidance).
Reviewing external opportunity requests, accurately assess next steps and facilitate appropriate reviews (asynchronous or live).
Coordinating blog post editing with vendor partners and facilitating internal cross-functional stakeholder reviews.
Keeping the internal program policy documents and sites current.
Administrative duties such as maintaining an annual events calendar and managing vendor onboarding.
Supporting logistics for external facing the Company’s tech talks like organizing RSVPs and coordinating with speakers.
Collaborate with cross functional review partners to improve process for efficiency.

Skills:
Experience in PR or Media Relations.
Proficient with Google Suite.
Working knowledge of Asana and Jira collaboration tools.
2+ years experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment.
The role will utilize project management software (Jira and Asana), GSuite, Workday, and Concur.
Success will be measured through weekly check-ins, along with colleague and event feedback.
Education:
BA and/or 2+ years experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment.
The hiring range for this position is $43.00 to $53.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
