7309 Business Operations Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Planning & Status Updates:
Partner with Planning DRI to facilitate the biannual planning process for Team Privacy.
Align planning timeline and deliverables to the Company’s Corporate Planning process.
As requested, represent the Privacy team in planning forums.
Create and maintain planning materials and templates.
Maintain the monthly Privacy Scorecard with statuses; follow-up with teams to ensure timely and accurate completion, and populate updates to stakeholders and forums.
Create and manage planning and status update communications.
Ad Hoc Process Improvement:
Work cross-functionally to investigate workflows to determine how best to document and align teams to processes and ways of working.
Develop, document and coordinate new and existing end-to-end processes and workflows.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, etc.
Team Gatherings:
Utilize available templates for organizing and managing the team gathering, detailing travel, accommodations, schedules, policies, and guidelines.
Develop and manage communications.
Coordinate and organize team gatherings inclusive of RSVPs, agenda and sessions.
Collect feedback from attendees and provide post-event recaps.
Training & Conferences:
Partner with team leads and external entities to organize and facilitate training and/or conference attendances.
Coordinate with external entities regarding employee memberships.
Create and manage RSVP forms to collect essential details.
Team Communications:
Update our internal privacy portal with up-to-date information and ensure its user-friendliness.
Support creation and delivery of day-to-day team communications.
Skills:
5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management.
2-3 years proven experience working within a technology company.
Exceptional collaboration, partnership and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to deliver results.
Ability to operate independently and proactively.
Ability to identify gaps within internal workflows and processes, policies, and products.
Highly effective organization and time management to address simultaneous projects.
Ability to draft clear and concise communications to relevant stakeholders.
Experience using Google Suite.
Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
