7227 Real Estate Build Project Manager
Duties:
Lead the project design & delivery of network, audio visual, and enabling technologies for office build projects and associated technology upgrades which include but are not limited to:
Building MPOE, MDF, IDFs & structured cabling.
Meeting / collaboration / audio visual spaces (AV/VC).
Network (wired and wireless) infrastructure.
Telecom circuits and POTs lines.
Shared space circulation area understanding.
Lead the concept design, implementation planning, and discussions / decisions for your assigned projects.
Lead global project meetings and provide updates regarding your assigned projects/tasks.
Manage and support the company’s vendor relationships, ensure the scope is clearly defined and accounted for throughout the project.
Adhere to the project budget and maintain a realistic schedule; escalate and provide risk response strategies and mitigation actions to program/org leadership.
Follow standards & design guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Review design and construction documentation (PDF, Cad, Revit); track and approve changes based on design guidelines and overall intent.
Oversee the full procurement lifecycle of your assigned project/tasks.
Perform project punch lists as milestones are reached and keep documentation and Jira tickets / stakeholders up-to-date.
Skills:
Previous experience in managing / leading construction projects and the implementation of; structural cabling, network infrastructure, audio visual meeting rooms, common space systems, facility management systems, security systems, etc.
Proven work experience specifically within building infrastructure and technology implementation Desire to improve and iterate the process and ability to dynamically adapt to a project pipeline that is ever changing
Documentation management and other project management tooling (Asana, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet’s, CAD, Procore, SpaceBase, Office Space, GSuite, Slack etc).
Excellent live/written communication, documentation, and record keeping skills.
Ability to identify / assess / escalate risk appropriately is critical.
A self-starter who can act autonomously is essential to this role.
Understanding of high/low power voltage cabling and central building systems desired.
Previous network administration and/or IT Support is a plus.
International travel (20%) and the ability to gather in San Francisco is required.
Education:
8-10 Years of Proven Experience.
The hiring range for this position is $90 to $100 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
