2699 Technical Platform Manager, AI & People Technology

Duties:
The Tools & Technologies Experience (TNT) team is at the heart of the company’s digital employee experience transformation.
We use technology to bring together strategy, product thinking, business processes, and knowledge management to reimagine how employees engage with work.
Our mission is to make internal tools smarter, experiences more personalized, and decisions more data driven. Wherever your expertise sits you’ll be part of a collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking team.

The difference you will make:
You’ll shape the next generation of the company’s employee experience by building transformative, intelligent solutions grounded in AI/ML.
You’ll translate evolving HR service and employee needs into scalable products, stitch together existing tools and data flows, and launch scrappy, high-impact prototypes.
You’ll help architect a more seamless internal operating system—one that empowers employees and managers, improves clarity, and brings AI from concept to reality inside our core workflows.
This is a builder role, where you will work closely with partners across EX, BizTech, Design, and the business —rapidly iterating and testing ideas that make a measurable difference. You will bring depth in AI and HR technology and the ability to zoom between system architecture, product experimentation, and crisp storytelling.

A typical day:
Translate employee and manager workflows into tangible HR product opportunities.
Build early prototypes or functional MVPs (solo or in partnership with Biztech).
Outline requirements for systems integrations between HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc.
Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR AI/automation opportunities.
Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR vs. build pathways for core functionality.
Design quick pilots across decision support, communications, knowledge management, or resource planning.
Define success metrics, track impact, and build product feedback loops.
Collaborate with EX and BizTech to make HR AI-powered experiences both useful and scalable.
Continuously evolve our HR AI strategy as new insights, tech, and organizational needs emerge.

Skills: Your expertise:
10+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML-powered.
10+ tools or platforms.
Experience building or prototyping tools using LLMs, decision systems, prompt frameworks, or automation models.
Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy (e.g., performance, recruiting, planning, or people analytics).
Track record of translating complex, cross-functional needs into tested and shipped products.
Utilize data to inform decisions ranging from design to measuring impact.
Scrappy and self-directed—comfortable building in lean environments with ambiguity. Hands-on with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases—or excited to learn them fast.
Familiar with tech stacks across knowledge management, portfolio planning, HR/People tools.
Collaborative, systems-oriented, and skilled at connecting dots across people, processes, and platforms.
Adept in visual storytelling, from Miro/Figma to slideware, and effective stakeholder comms.
Passionate about the company’s mission, shaping the future of work, and the human-AI partnership within it.

The hiring range for this position is $120 to $137 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
