2402 Supply Sales Operations Specialist
Duties:
We’re looking for an outgoing, and mission-driven Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the frontline voice of the company in key neighborhoods.
You’ll be on the phone, in online forums, and embedded in communities—connecting with potential hosts, gathering insights, and helping identify prospective hosts and homes for the company’s platform.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Market Research to test grassroots growth strategies, build trust with locals, and help turn the company’s potential interest into real-world hosting.
Market visits:
Actively engage in market visits to evaluate and assess listings, ensuring alignment with project goals and market trends.
Conduct accommodation benchmarking and quality reviews by staying in different locations, Hotels, and Competitor listings.
Provide on-ground insights and data that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Phone-based outreach:
Call or text prospective or churned hosts to share hosting opportunities.
Collect real-time feedback and surface objections.
Follow up with warm leads and collaborate and support Sales Acquisition Managers.
Digital and Social Engagement:
Monitor and engage in neighborhood level social groups. Identify local community influencers, organizers, and potential hosts.
Support Sales:
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to test pitches and refine messaging based on real-time feedback.
Relationship building and local networking:
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to leverage insights and opportunities.
Build and test Standard Operating Procedures:
Contribute to the development of operational processes during prototyping and build playbooks that scale.

Demonstrate a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit by testing many different strategies in market.
Skills:
3-5 years experience.
Natural people person—comfortable cold calling, chatting in group threads, or texting someone new.
Curious and energized by learning what makes local communities tick.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations across platforms.
A clear communicator with a positive, authentic tone (voice, written, and digital).
Passionate about the company’s mission to build belonging and economic opportunity.
Experience in customer success, outbound sales, community engagement, or grassroots field ops.
Passion for hospitality and/or real estate.
Experience with or empathy for small business owners, hosts, or side hustlers.
The hiring range for this position is $56 to $61 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
