Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Software Developer for ServiceNow that includes developing new ServiceNow catalog items with workflows, also working on enhancements around incident, service catalog and change management of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Senior IT Software Developer will be responsible for answering constant demands from IT and non-IT and teams to add more service request functionality on Customer Support portal to facilitate the IT and business team to create and track various type of Requests/Tickets.
Desires Experience Below:
3-5 years of work experience in ServiceNow development and flow designer.
Create/Modify ServiceNow UI Policies & Actions and ServiceNow rules.
Design ServiceNow forms.
Proficient in Java Script.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
SoCal residents are preferred.
Special Requirements:
3-5 Years ServiceNow developer experience on ServiceNow ITSM platform (Incident/Service Catalog & change management) in the following technical areas:
Proficient in Java Script to write/modify ServiceNow scripts.
Used ServiceNow flow designer.
Created/modified ServiceNow UI Policies & Actions.
Worked on ServiceNow business rules.
Designed ServiceNow forms.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Special Licenses:
ServiceNow CSA certification is desirable but not required for this position.

Compensation Range: $62.00hr to $70.00hr
