6681 Host Development Program Manager Lead
Summary:
The company’s Community team is looking for an experienced program manager to help develop our hosts by driving recognition programs forward and working Host Development leaders to manage team processes and key work initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support communications and operations for the Superhost and Community Leaders programs by managing cross-functional processes, including: Setting up and deploying email governance.
Overseeing CS change management intakes and follow-ups. Updating central playbooks and FAQs
Create promotional and training materials related to reward and recognition updates.
Manage third-party partnerships (e.g., Moo, Brilliant, LinkedIn Learning, Babbel) to benefit Community Leaders, including purchase orders and budget management.
Collaborate with Community Engagement Managers to execute recognition strategies for outstanding hosts, coordinate trainings, and resolve issues.
For club programs, manage gifting inventory, reporting, and merchandise quality—ensuring consistency.
Oversee ordering for timely, efficient distribution.
Support Host Development team leadership and lead weekly program management including team check-in meetings, project updates, team calendar, cross-team resourcing, and budget.
Establish and evolve the Host Development operating system and process to manage pipeline of work, including roadmap, project dashboard, capacity planning, and contractors.
Help plan and execute community moments for the Host Development team, such as team events or celebrations .
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program management or operations.
Execution-oriented, with the ability to develop and foster collaborative internal relationships.
Program management experience, with a marketing lens.
Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as designing and implementing operational processes or systems.
Excellent communication and writing abilities, particularly in crafting promotional materials.
Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and suggest viable solutions.
Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, POs, and vendor contracts.
Attention to detail, particularly in inventory management, reporting, and ensuring quality control.
Deep connection to the company’s mission to create Connection and Belonging
Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in community engagement or recognition programs is a plus.
Experience organizing work programs in Asana and Airtable.
The hiring range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
