8998 Global Community Programs Lead
Duties:
The Community team is looking for a seasoned Senior Global Community Programs Lead to develop and operationalize strategies to connect our Community team with business and brand priorities.
In this role you will report to the Director of Global Community Programs to lead a portfolio of programs.
This role will intake business, product and policy insights to ensure our Host Communications, Host Education and Host Engagement teams can execute aligned functional plans.
Responsibilities:
Operationalize Community team programs strategically aligned to business and product priorities.
Reviews business and product insights to inform Community objectives and tactics.
Act as primary program POC in cross functional working groups.
Manages working group communications, cascades and channels.
Identifies and manages Community milestones across all sub projects within the program.
Monitor performance and review impact of our work aligned to strategic OKRs.
Set up measurement systems and approach.
Implement and iterate on MBRs / WBRs or comparable processes.
Sets and tracks milestones to ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
Looks across timelines and program milestones to ensure we are strategic how we are staffing the team to support.
Qualifications:
Senior leader with 12+ years of related work experience, particularly in Program Management, Strategy or Operations roles.
Track record of leading large scale, high impact, cross-functional efforts and drive projects from ideation to strategy and implementation.
Ability to work quickly with attention to detail.
Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills. Experience with leading plan development from beginning to end with little oversight.
Must be able to think holistically but also ensure the details are addressed.
Strategic and authentic relationship builder with the proven ability to lead and influence peers and leaders globally.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Airtable, Keynote, Excel/Google Sheets, Superset is a strong asset. Solutions oriented and creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles constructively.
Outcome-oriented.
Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it.
The hiring range for this position is $79.00 to $89.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
