2466 Payments Program Manager
Job Description:
As a Payments Program Manager, you are responsible for implementing large-scale programs and projects that drive the strategic goals of the Payments organization.
You will work cross-functionally to improve productivity and efficiency, and do so with clear communication, efficient resource usage, and deep focus on overall project execution. You’ll play a critical role in bringing to life the Payments vision to build the world’s most loyal travel community through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Support the Payments StratOps and Product teams to execute various strategic initiatives.
Work closely with the Payments Product and engineering teams to deliver on key feature launches – developing the overall project plan, ensuring cross functional collaboration, tracking of success criteria and deliver timely reporting.
Assess and anticipate risks associated with projects, change management, and ensure creative and effective mitigations are available – understanding and communicating the effect of project risks across the organization.
Deliver clean and effective communication of project status and deliverables to key stakeholders.
Effectively manage change by influencing and communicating with key stakeholders; drive consensus and lead key discussions.
Prepare presentations and clearly communicate project deliverables to extended leadership within Payments and external stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelors degree.
The hiring range for this position is $45 to $55 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
