Sr. HRIS Analyst
Looking for a Business Analysis (SME) for our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules applications.
Collaborate and interact with IT Developers, stakeholders, and various SME to implement changes and issue resolution.
Gather requirements, create documentation, resources for system changes, and issues.
Responsible for maintaining accurate data in our HCM applications.
Provides both technical and functional expertise for HR, benefits, classifications, and compensation functionalities.
Must have working experience in: Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee, Manager Self Services and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
Must Have Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and (6) yrs. of relevant experience.
Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft reporting tools.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them to functional/technical requirements.
Workforce Admin, Benefits Admin, Fluid Employee and Manager Self Services.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical systems.
Personable, Flexible, multitask, and handles pressure well.
Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
Valid CA driver license.
Compensation Range: $48.00 to $57.00/hr
