Principle Admin Analyst
Experience expectations listed below:
8 years or more in HRIS Management (functional), Benefits, Payroll, Accounting and Finance Payroll PeopleSoft SME (worked with PS less than 5 years ago).
Bargaining Units experience is A+.
Payroll (Kronos Time Keeping) PS HCM, Benefits Administration, Core HR Tables (SQL, SQR, App Engine etc.) and experience in Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, and Vertical Lookup.
Oversee Time & Labor Implementation and HR Reporting.
Analytical & Detail Oriented Skills are a must.
We’re looking for someone who’s professional, organized, strong written and verbal communication.
The PR Admin Analyst will work with a small team to strategized and brainstorm “New” ideas to upgrade our current (PeopleSoft) day-to-day process and additional HR platforms we have in place.
This person will also participate in departmental meetings with leadership to discuss updates.
For the candidate to be successful in this role, we realize the right candidate will come from a FUNCTIONAL background and have payroll (PS) knowledge (less than 5 years ago) to help upgrade our current HR systems.
Enough TECHNICAL background is required to communicate and work with systems configuration & administration.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and six years of relevant experience; or two years in a Senior Analyst classification.
