Administrative Assistant/Document Control
Summary:
Harvest Technical is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant with a minimum of two years’ experience performing variety of general office duties to join the Building and Safety Group.

Essential job duties and responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
General Office Duties:
Perform various administrative duties including, data entry, scanning, filing, opening and distributing
mail, and other duties as assigned.
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate areas, screen phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide
relevant project-related information to appropriate parties.
Document Control:
Coordinate all administrative aspects for each project / plan.
Assist with coordinating plan routing and records management, insurances, construction change order
requests, closeout documents, etc.
Track plan document submittals, post plan documents to project websites, accurately distribute plan
documents to design professionals and staff members.
Monitor and report on project plan document submittal scheduling.
Other:
Must be able to lift heavy plans and specification documents on a regular basis (up to 25 lbs).
Provide backup relief to other office support staff.
Run errands on an as-needed basis, usually within a 15-mile radius. This may include pickups and
drop-offs at various jurisdictions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum two years general office duties experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
High School Diploma, GED.
Experience in municipal department, preferred.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the flexibility to adjust to changing workload.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable transportation to run errands.
