Sourcing contract candidates in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Construction, and Engineering industry.
Qualifying and interviewing candidates.
Maintain candidate database.
Develop and maintain long term candidate relationships.
College Degree – BA or BS preferred.
A strong technical aptitude is preferred.
6 months to 3 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting.
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and an understanding of relocation is a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time.
