IT Support Technician
Assist staff with documenting end-user and IT Staff processes associated with updating and maintaining the Timecard system.
Create detailed as-is documentation including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, stored procedures, interface configuration, etc.
Skills and Requirements:
Analytical, interpersonal, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to convert business requirements into technical documentation, data modeling, knowledge of SDLC, understanding of Database structures, interfaces, etc.
Experience with Visio, MS office.
