IT Infrastructure Analyst III

Job Description:
Technical and administrative tasks pertaining to Active Directory, Windows Server administration, VMware, VDI (Horizon).
Azure workload, ie. Virtual Machine management, backup/restore.
VMWare Administration.
Active Directory and Windows Server (2003-2022) administration. patching, troubleshooting.
Require extensive Windows Servers and Active Directory experience.
Require extensive patching experience (SCCM).
Require working knowledge of server hardware.
Require working knowledge of networking technology.

Desirable experience:
VMwareNCSNSAN administration.
VMware Horizon VDI administration.
Azure (laaS) administration.
M365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) administration.
Linux administration.
Storage technology (SAN/NAS).
Backup technology (NetBackup/Rubrik).

Required Knowledge:
Fundamental Information Technology infrastructure components including hardware.
Operating systems, database management systems, and local and wide area networks.
Principles of database administration, computer operations, and application development and support. Principles and practices of leadership, project management, supervision, matrix management, and quality assurance.
Team building; budgetary concepts and practices; cost and benefit analysis.
Statistical analysis.
Risk management
Negotiation techniques.
Contract administration.
Trends and emerging technologies.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of increasingly responsible experience, of which two years must have been at the Sr Programmer Analyst or Senior System Analyst.

Compensation Range: $52.00hr to $60.00hr
