I.T. Enterprise Application Analyst
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft.
This includes working with business users to understand the requirements and design, build, integrate and implement solutions. Additional responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in upgrading applications and keeping up to date on tools & technologies.
Experience in NA payroll, PeopleTools, SQR, SQL and XML are required.
Performs technical configurations, customizations, and extends stand-alone applications.
Performs technical configurations, customizations, and extends commercial off the shelf enterprise resource planning software in one to two modules.
Defines, designs, develops, and deploys enhancements and reports for one to two modules and stand-alone applications; ensures compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
Provides resolution to tickets having visible changes to several customers with minimal impact on development and/or production environment; may require action by other groups.
Troubleshoots software application problems; identifies, recommends, and implements system improvements, modifications, and upgrades involving one to two modules and stand-alone applications. Develops user and technical documentation and provides training to system users.
Researches, evaluates, tests, and implements patches and system upgrades involving one to two modules and stand-alone applications.
Participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in their area of responsibility.
May participate on a project team.
Performs other related Information Technology Enterprise Application Analyst job duties as required.
Required Skills:
Provide technical system support for one to two modules.

Special Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft development experience.
Minimum 3 years on PeopleSoft application 9.20 and tools 8.58 versions.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting NA payroll experience with tax updates, PUM upgrade and fluid is required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
Compensation Range: $50.00 to $55.00
