HR Administrative Analyst
Desires Experience to perform duties below:
MS Office Knowledge (Intermediate Level).
Excel – Pivot Tables knowledge required (creating spreadsheet, maintaining files, records, and reports).
Detail Orient required – working with numerical data 50% of time.
Min 4 years administrative office experience. Will perform other related Administrative job duties as required.
Valid California Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in the course of your employment.
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or accredited college or university in a related field.
Assists in routine analytical and administrative duties related to preparation of reports and analysis in assigned area of responsibility.
Assists in the preparation of analysis and collection of data related to the Company’s affirmative action and nondiscrimination programs, including job action and applicant data.
Assist in the preparation of data related to a variety of statistical reports as may be required for government reporting and internal monitoring of the affirmative action and nondiscrimination programs.
Assist in the collection and/or monitoring of data related to various employment activities.
Assists in preparing, reviewing, and disseminating information and materials.
Assist with monitoring training assignments.
Assist with receiving information and administration of the EEO Concurrent process.
Assists with maintaining logs and other tracking documents.
