Description:
Procurement of pipe/valve/fittings & some specialty items that may require research.
Work with Planners to ensure correct materials are ordered & be the informational liaison for supplier communications.
Utilize project database to review/approve BOMS & populate pricing.
Routinely work to source best pricing & delivery options.
Create & issue PO’s for materials & services through SAP.
Prepare RFQ packages & provide bid analysis & recommendations.
Work with Warehouse to resolve open PO items by collecting POD, tracking &/or packing slips.
Manage personal invoice queue.
SAP experience is required, iTAR experience would be a plus.
