Administrative/Records Management Coordinator
Job Overview
The Administration Coordinator supports extensive records management, compliance, and administrative support for the Company.
This role is responsible for supporting policy and procedure writing, developing process and procedures along with utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and templates for federal records management, agency compliance, support systems for administrative staff.
Further coordinating of administrative services across the Company at the Administrative and Executive Assistant level.
Duties and Tasks
Implements unique policies and procedures to manage agency information, compliance reporting, and providing FOIA assistance and services to the Privacy office.
Supports developing a local level strategy for records management and compliance governance.
Demonstrated capacity to conduct research and write agency policy, process, and procedures.
Report writing, the collection, use, dissemination, disclosure, and destruction of information, and coordinates all compliance tracking and reporting within the Company.
In coordination with Agency Records Manager, develops policy, process, and procedure to manage digital records (e.g. email, SharePoint files, MS teams, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to effectively prioritize multiple, competing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in office management, compliance reporting, and complex administrative actions.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams etc.) Adobe and an understanding of cloud-based document management systems.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and cultural humility; ability to connect with and engage a diversity of people by showing empathy and sensitivity to individual perspectives and needs.
Optimistic and positive attitude with a demonstrated deep commitment to exceptional customer service.
Education/Experience:
3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a variety of administrative specialties in an in-office/campus environment.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range: $22.00 to $31.00/hr
