Administrative Assistant – Construction
Specific duties and responsibilities for the Office Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Manage calendars, prioritize and schedule (and reschedule) meetings and conference calls for the Long-Range Planning Team and Sr. Manager.
Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports and presentations based on input from the Long-Range Planning and project teams.
Create and update workflows, job aides, templates, etc.
Create and maintain electronic filing systems (SharePoint).
Work with Long-Range Planning team to facilitate and track meetings, correspondence, reports, trackers and other documents.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Team player, treat others with respect and be accountable for actions.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to learn organization’s software, programs, and processes in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and verbal instructions.
Basic knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
Basic math and computer skills.
Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in an office environment.
1-5 years of experience as an OE or equivalent.
Compensation Range: $30hr to $45hr
