Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work cooperatively within the team environment to achieve project success.
General admin duties.
Timekeeping/hours tracking using Track.
Type, and track correspondence.
General project filing.
General maintenance of office equipment i.e. supplying paper to copiers, printers and fax machines, replacing toner and or ink to all machines, organizing office supplies in the Project Management area.
Assist reception phone coverage as necessary to assure full coverage at the front desk.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in construction administration for a general contractor or subcontractor.
Proficient in office software applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Track.
SKILLS NECESSARY
High level of professionalism.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
Consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Takes initiative to understand all aspects of what needs to be done to complete an assignment, going beyond strict translation of what has been said.
Self-starter.
Learning attitude.
Results orientated.
