Accounts Payable Technician
Job description:
The Accounts Payable Technician will work in team-oriented environment.
Accounts Payable Technician responsibilities will include processing high volume of consultant invoices, work in ORACLE for payment requisitions, and support capital programs.
The ideal candidate will review invoices and make payments in a timely manner, work collaboratively with coworkers, perform administrative duties and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
The Accounts Payable Technician will prioritize work assignments.
Must be detail oriented and have strong communication skills.
Desires Experience Below:
A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 6 years of relevant experience; or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: MSOffice, Adobe, DocuSign, and Oracle.
KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: Invoices, accounts payable
Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
Detail orient, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.
Valid CA driver license.
Local Candidates (So Cal).
The hiring range for this position is $41 to $44 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
