9855 POS Lab Manager/Analyst

Description:
Seeking a Point of Sale Lab Manager/IT Analyst to Manage the Retail Lab.
The POS Lab Manager/IT Analyst will be responsible for End to End Life Cycle Management of all Point of Sale Equipment (POS systems, Pump Dispensers, and associated network equipment), assist with coordination of testing, equipment ordering and setup, Management of Change activities, Compliance, and safety requirements.
The position is required to sit on site.

Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 3 years in similar/related role with demonstrated proficiencies in requirements/skills listed below:
POS system and Hardware knowledge or related experience.
Experience with POS such as VeriFone or Gilbarco, big plus.
IT Analytic and Troubleshooting acumen (network, hardware and software).
Excellent communication, coordination and organization skills.
Good teamwork and “One Team” behavior attributes.
Strong Communication skills- can effectively communication technical language.
Vendor relationship coordination.
System and software installation skills.
Solution Oriented – Analysis, Development and Implementation of enhancements/new technological ideas.
Growth potential – Software development and Cloud knowledge a plus.
PCI (Payment Card Industries) and Credit/Debit Card processing knowledge.
Safety and Operational process awareness and enforcement.
