Developer Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring developers have the context and clarity needed to build effective solutions.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Validate functionality and data accuracy; identify and resolve issues related to data sources, logic, and visualizations.
Stakeholder Feedback: Facilitate review sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Process Improvement: Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify root cause of process issues and challenges.
Creation of initial communications and visual presentations.
Responsibility for creating service tickets and tracking progress both internal and vendor tickets.
Recommend enhancements to processes and tools based on user experience and data insights.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of requirements, mock-ups, test cases, and feedback.
Stay up to date on the latest Legal tech and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Legal or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment with experience working on reporting or data visualization projects.
Experience creating mock-ups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or PowerPoint.
