In the Device and Packaging Development (DPD) we leverage our diverse talent and expertise to deliver innovative device technologies and packaging solutions that ensure a superior experience for patients and healthcare providers with the Company products.
We design, develop, scale, transfer, and support the manufacturing of Devices and Packaging, and are a full end-to-end development arm in Pharma Technical Development US (PTDU).
The DPD Business Operations team, processes, and systems enable compliant and agile team execution to deliver novel technologies & medicines to patients.

Supports dual Project Manager and individual contributor role to achieve business goals and objectives.
Works with minimal supervision (self-directed) and anticipates and resolves roadblocks.
Define and implement DPD Knowledge Management strategy leveraging existing the Company processes and systems.
Drive projects and/or initiatives to improve information flow across the Device community, facilitating change management, partnering with customers to identify and develop efficient knowledge management processes & tools, defining robust change management & communication plans, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Partner with the PT Global Business Operations.
Knowledge Management team to ensure alignment to the current Knowledge Management infrastructure, objectives, tools & systems, and goals.
Own, manage and maintain the tools & systems associated with repositories, share sites, etc.
Partner with CoreMap and IT to manage the migration of content between platforms and inform on retention requirements.
Define knowledge management best practices for teams and standardize processes.
Project planning & scheduling (Tracking time-based deliverables and actions).
Proven problem solver and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
Ability to connect the dots with complex and multi-faceted projects.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Software tools, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, gSites, Video Conferencing, Smartsheet, Trello.
Experience & Education:
A minimum of 6 years total work experience, preferred 2 or more years relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
BS/BA (Engineering/Science preferred) or advanced degree.
Project management certification(s) preferred.
