To drive awareness and provide resources to support employees’ mental health across the entire US organization.
Our goal is to ensure every US-based employee knows how to notice the signs of mental health distress, start a conversation, and access the necessary resources, without any negative impact from stigma.
Drive priorities and goals to expand the organization’s mental health strategy through partnerships, stakeholder management, promotions, and communication.
Partner with the US Well-being strategy and other stakeholders as appropriate (Live Well, EHS / SHE, K1A5) to understand and collaborate across leading practice / offerings.
Communicate the MHI strategy, obtain buy-in, and help ensure follow through in obtaining the information necessary to measure the success of the initiative.
