7605 Referral Program Contractor
Duties:
Background – In response to the unfolding humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, the Company has offered free, short-term housing to up to 100,000 refugees fleeing the conflict, regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, or how they identify.
To achieve this commitment, the Company has launched a Referral Program program to work directly through trusted entities to provide free, short-term housing vouchers to households displaced by the conflict in Ukraine.
Referral Program Managers will help manage and support the day-to-day relationships with these Trusted Entities across Europe and North America as they onboard to our program, technology, and tools — ultimately playing a key role in our ability to reach 100,000 people with this critical resource.
Responsibilities:
Ongoing relationship management (i.e. multiple check-ins per week via phone/email w/ partner bookers) to maximize collaboration with each Trusted Entity.
Monitoring the Company travel dashboards for budgets/spend tracking and to ensure proper use of our technology, including Salesforce.
Gathering and surfacing insights via reservation audits, conversations with Trusted Entities, reviewing key contact/ticket issues etc. to identify points of friction, challenges, and opportunities to enhance each partnership.
Cascading updates to key internal stakeholders across the Company.
Support and escalate funding discussions, additional relationship parameters and requests for additional funding to the Emergency Operations Manager.
The Company’s technology and travel dashboard support including dashboard creation, partner trainings, and troubleshooting product challenges.
Staffing and responding to a unified Ukraine partnerships email alias to answer real time questions and escalations.
Supporting referral partners in processing their requests for housing.
Skills: Requirements
Fluency in English. Ability to read, write, speak in Ukrainian a plus.
2-3 years experience in emergency management or housing program operations, client/partner management or customer support role.
Disaster response, Refugee-related NGO experience and/or training on trauma informed approach a plus.
Ability to work both weekend days.
Ability to share critical/ constructive feedback.
Established self-care plan and ability to maintain wellness/work-life balance in a high stakes environment.
