7122 Senior Coordinator, Global External Operations
Duties:
Reporting directly to the VP, Global External operations, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Global External Operations.
In addition, this individual will provide support to the Global External Operation site.
This individual must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple priorities independently a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced environment.
The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for the following:
Scheduling meetings with participants and stakeholders.
Coordinating travel and other administrative tasks for the VP, GEO Scheduling meetings with participants and stakeholders.
Coordinating catering for on-site critical meetings.
Generates monthly site report to include site metrics.
Planning and execution of site events.
Supports Site communication.
Planning and organizing team building/site activities.
Maintaining distribution lists.
Managing training curricula and administration.
Onboarding support for new hires.
Responsible for content and maintenance of the Global External Operations BioWeb/SharePoint site.
Act as the site “go-to-person” for general operational or administrative inquiries.
Site SME on MS teams Site projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 – 10 years of executive level support, including experience supporting global teams. Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
Experience with coordinating complex travel.
Working knowledge of Concur.

Compensation Range: $35.00 to $44.15/hr
