7033 Project Manager III
In this role, you’ll get to:
Partner with the Biz Ops Strategy team to manage small-medium-sized projects across our People &
Culture programs and our International Strategy projects.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, tools, and information.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings; coordinating and follow-up on project tasks and actions.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Provide administrative support as needed.
We are looking for people who have:
4+ years in consulting, program management, project management, or relevant experience within Risk and/or travel and hospitality.
Long-term operational strategic thinking balanced with proven near-term execution skills.
Exemplary communications and creative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence colleagues and team.
Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence.
Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization.
